1. Data controller
Lariviera Consulting S.A., with registered address at Calle Beatriz M. de Cabal, Edificio Proconsa II, Panama City, Panama (“LarivieraTech”), is the controller of the personal data collected through www.larivieratech.com.
We process data in accordance with Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we process
- Data you send through the contact form: name, email address, organization, phone number and type of organization (these three optional), the services of interest and the content of your message. Alongside them we record the site language, the page you wrote from, and the date and time you accepted this policy.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, and the requests made to the site. Our hosting and security providers process them to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- Cloudflare Turnstile verification signals, which analyze technical browser information to tell people from bots when you submit the form.
- Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: a pseudonymous identifier stored in cookies, pages visited, visit duration, device type and approximate location, through Google Analytics 4.
- Cookieless performance metrics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which do not identify individual visitors.
We do not request sensitive data and ask you not to include it in your message.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal: based on your consent when you submit the form and on the pre-contractual steps you request.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse: based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- To measure site usage and improve it: only with your consent to analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To comply with the legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects on you.
4. How long we keep it
- Inquiries received through the form: as long as needed to answer them and, if no professional relationship begins, up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you request deletion earlier.
- If a contractual relationship begins: for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal limitation periods.
- Analytics data: 14 months at most.
- Technical security logs: according to our providers' retention periods, usually from days to a few weeks.
5. Who we share it with
We only share data with providers that deliver services to us and act on our behalf, or when the law requires it:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): content delivery, site security, Turnstile verification and form processing.
- Resend, Inc. (United States), running on Amazon Web Services: delivery of the notification of your inquiry to our inbox.
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365): the corporate mailbox where we receive and handle inquiries.
- Hostinger International Ltd.: hosting of the site files.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): only if you accept analytics cookies.
6. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside Panama and Spain, mainly in the United States. In those cases we rely on the safeguards each provider offers, such as standard contractual clauses or its participation in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
7. Your rights
At any time you can request:
- Access to your personal data.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of your data.
- Objection to or restriction of processing.
- Portability of the data you provided.
- Withdrawal of your consent, without affecting processing carried out before.
To exercise them, write to us through the contact form and state which right you wish to exercise. We will only ask for additional information if it is needed to confirm your identity, and we will reply within the time limits set by the applicable law.
If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) or, if you live in the European Union, with your country's data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use necessary technical storage and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. The details and how to change your choice are in the cookie policy.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk: encrypted communications (HTTPS with HSTS), anti-bot verification, server-side data validation, minimization of the data we ask for and restricted access to the inquiries received.
10. Minors
This site is intended for organizations and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date.
